We offer free ground shipping* all one-time orders over $50 with discounts applied. (This offer is not valid for wholesale customers.)

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the weight of your order and shipping address.
International Shipping
At this time, Bocce's is only available in the U.S. (*and select parts of Canada, too!) and we do not have the capability to ship outside of the U.S. We hope to be able to treat more of our furry friends internationally in the future!

Yes! Select "Subscribe & Save" when you add a treat to your cart to receive a recurring delivery. Every Subscribe & Save order is discounted 10% and free shipping also applies!
The frequency of auto-shipments is set to 30 days by default, after your first purchase, however, you can manage your subscriptions any time (changing frequency, skipping deliveries, adding new treats, swapping recipes, etc.) through the "Manage Subscriptions" button from your Account page.
Yes! You can send Bocce's as a gift and include a gift note in your order, too.
Add a gift note (free!) and we'll print your message on a Bocce's postcard to be included in the delivery. Orders do not contain pricing or invoices.

1. Happy shopping! Add Bocce''s to your cart
2. In the side cart that appears after adding an item to your cart, (or when you select "View Cart"), type your gift note in the text box that says "Is this a gift? Add a note!" (Just keep it to *400 characters or less)
3. Check out with your preferred check out method (an invoice will not be included in the order!)
... That's it! Now, time to sit back and await a "thank you" and a tail wag!
Because of how quickly orders are printed and processed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once you have received your order confirmation via email. We we will do our best to accommodate requests, but please know, in many cases, it may be too late to make changes.

Bocce's Pup Perks rewards are meant to reward yours (and your furry friends') loyalty. "Biscuits" (like points) are rewarded for making purchases, completing actions on social, and celebrating birthdays!
To redeem the "Biscuits" you've earned for rewards towards future purchases, click Pup Perks in the footer of our site's home page (or click here) and, if you aren't already logged in, click "Already have an account? Sign in" to do so.
You'll see your "Biscuit" count in the top portion of the panel. If you've already redeemed Biscuits for a reward, you'll find that reward's corresponding discount code to be applied at checkout by clicking "Your rewards".
To redeem your "Biscuits" for a new reward, select "All Rewards" and then "Redeem" next to the offer of your choice. You'll be given a corresponding discount code and can click "Apply code" to auto-apply the reward to your cart.

Bocce's treats do not have official, recommended serving sizes since this varies pet to pet! Most veterinarians suggest that treats account for no more than about 10% of your furry friend's daily calories.
For Example: If your dog needs 400 calories per day, they should have no more than 40 calories from treats, with the other 360 coming from their normal food.
This rule of thumb also applies to our Wellness Recipes - these aren't considered "supplements" with daily recommended dosages, just yummy, everyday treats with an extra boost of beneficial ingredients!
We include a mix of both organic and conventional ingredients in our recipes.
For pups looking for a treat with organic flours - our tasty, crunchy Small Batch Recipes are baked in super small, 50 pound batches with organic barley or rye flour. With batches this small, every biscuit gets a little extra love!

Bocce's treats have a shelf life of 18 months after leaving the oven and specific "best by" dates are printed on every treat's package!
Our treats are guaranteed to be fresh (with all of their nutritional value) until the printed "best by" date - however, because they are naturally preserved, they do not spoil or expire.
To ensure your furry friend receives our freshest batch, we will not send treats that are less than 6 months away from their best by date.*
*Unless stated otherwise in the product description - often only the case for discounted recipes.
We expect all orders to arrive in 4-10 business days.
Your order will be packed and headed to your furry friend within 3-5 business days - we will notify you just as soon as its been shipped! *Estimated transit time is dependent on shipping method (listed below) and is in addition to processing time.
