We're sorry you're having trouble applying a discount code to your order! There are a few reasons a discount code may not apply to your order:
- The discount code has expired: expiration dates for our promotional offers are listed in the fine print of the email in which they're provided.
- There is already another discount code applied to your order: we only allow the use of one discount code per order.
- Your order includes subscription items: discount codes are typically only valid on one-time purchases.
- Your order does not meet the minimum requirements: if a discount code applies to orders over $X, we recommend ensuring your subtotal is at least $X not including shipping charges.

We offer free ground shipping* all one-time orders over $50 with discounts applied. (This offer is not valid for wholesale customers.)
*Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We offer ground shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, as well as all US territories, including AFO/FPO.
For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the weight of your order and shipping address.

We expect all orders to arrive in 4-10 business days.
Your order will be packed and headed to your furry friend within 3-5 business days - we will notify you just as soon as its been shipped!Ā *Estimated transit time is dependent on shipping method (listed below) and is in addition to processing time.

Order Management
Yes! Select "Subscribe & Save" when you add a treat to your cart to receive a recurring delivery every 30, 60, or 90 days.Ā
EveryĀ Subscribe & SaveĀ order isĀ discounted 10%Ā andĀ free shipping also applies for orders $50+!
You can manage your subscription order (edit the frequency of your recurring order, your pets' blends, your shipping address and method, or billing details) at any time prior to your order being processed by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscriptions". You will receive notification of all upcoming recurring order charges (3) days in advance of order processing.Ā
*Please note: Once orders are processed, they cannot be edited or canceled.
Yes! You can send Bocce's as a gift and include a gift note in your order, too.Ā Add a gift note (free!) and we'll print your message on a Bocce's postcard to be included in the delivery. Orders do not contain pricing or invoices.
Gift Note How-To:
1. Add Bocce's to your cart - happy shopping!Ā
2. In the side cart that appears after adding an item to your cart, (or when you select "View Cart"), type your gift note in the text box that says "Is this a gift? Add a note!" (Just keep it to *400 characters or less)
3. Check out with your preferred check out method (an invoice will not be included in the order!)

Because of how quickly orders are printed and processed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or cancel your order once its been placed. We always do our best to accommodate requests, but please know, in some cases, it may be too late to make changes.
Recipes and Ingredients
All of our recipes are safe for pets of all ages. For puppies specifically, we recommend ourĀ Soft & ChewyĀ recipes with a soft texture perfect for baby teeth and our low-calorie, bite-sizedĀ Training TreatsĀ for learning new tricks and doggie manners, too.
OurĀ SupplementsĀ are recommended for dogs 1 year and older.
We always recommend referring back to your vet (by sharing ingredient lists and guaranteed analysis of our goodies) if your pet is on a restricted diet since we aren't experts and want to ensure your furry friend gets the best nutrition advice for their condition.Ā
Bocce's treats have a shelf life of 18 months after leaving the oven andĀ specific "best by" dates are printed on every treat's package!
Our treats are guaranteed to be fresh (with all of their nutritional value) until the printed "best by" date - however, because they are naturally preserved, theyĀ do not spoil or expire.
To ensure your furry friend receives our freshest batch, we will not send treats that are less than 5 months away from their best by date.*
*Unless stated otherwise in the product description - often only the case for discounted recipes.
We include a mix of both organic and conventional ingredients in a majority of our recipes. For pups looking for a treat with all organic ingredients - our tastyĀ Small Batch RecipesĀ are baked in super small, 50 pound batches and in fully recyclable packaging. With batches this small, every biscuit gets a little extra love!
Ingredients: Organic Rye Flour, Beef, Beef Liver, Carrots, Cheddar Cheese, and Parsley... that's it!
Guaranteed Analysis: Protein: 19.9% Fat: 7.2% Fiber: 1.3% Moisture: 12.6%
Calorie Content: 93 Calories/treat

No - Bocce's has never had a recall of any kind.
Pup Perks Rewards
Bocce's Pup Perks rewards are meant to reward yours (and your furry friends') loyalty. "Biscuits" (like points) are rewarded for making purchases, completing actions on social, and celebrating birthdays!
To redeem the "Biscuits" you've earned for rewards towards future purchases, click Pup Perks in the footer of our site's home page (or click here) and, if you aren't already logged in, clickĀ "Already have an account? Sign in" to do so.
You'll see your "Biscuit" count in the top portion of the panel. If you've already redeemed Biscuits for a reward, you'll find that reward's corresponding discount code to be applied at checkout by clicking "Your rewards".
To redeem your "Biscuits" for a new reward, select "All Rewards" and then "Redeem" next to the offer of your choice. You'll be given a corresponding discount code and can click "Apply code" to auto-apply the reward to your cart.
